Training planned for Early Stage researchers in IN-SENS
Apart from the scientific training related to the PhD research projects, the early stage researchers will also receive additional training in transferable skills. Transferable skills are the kind of skills that you can take with you to a completely different job. Transferable skills include communication, teamwork, problem solving, and entrepreneurial and intellectual skills. One needs to identify their transferable skills and use them in a resume or during an interview.
A description of scientific and transferable skill courses followed by each IN-SENS trainee will appear on their tailor made IN-SENS Certificate.
